The Ballet School of Vermont is opening up our Online Ballet & Conditioning Classes to dance students that have lost the ability to have regular classes or want to enhance their training, stay in shape, and learn through our unique program.
Our classes include Barre (tech & pointe), Centre Practice, Strength & Stretch Home Challenges and Body Conditioning mat classes which include Yoga, Pilates, Floor Barre, and Cardio. Classes for the beginning young student to the Pre-professional, and even the adult wanting our Body Conditioning classes.
Each class is done in 30 minute segments, through the free BAND App. The number of classes/sessions assigned per week varies by level. For example, Tiny Ballet has 1 class per week and Advanced has 4 days per week and a total of 8 or more sessions. Students interact with their instructors within the App. Past uploaded classes are available to be repeated as well.
An affordable monthly fee lets you access all online classes past and future for your chosen level/topic.
